Thereare some lost pubs in East Lanxcashire which have gained an almost legendary status. We suspect that this might be one of them. Taken in 1985, this photo shows what was then Swords in Burnley's Market Square. The pub was also know as The Broadsword and was an essential part of the town cente nightlife for a number of years.
