MC081211H The Darland High School in Rossett Food Technology department have received some much needed funding from local pubs and restaurants. The money given has enabled the department to buy 22 chef style chopping board sets for the children to use. The old equipment was very dated and probably demotivating, and the new equipment was very much needed to give the children preparing ingredients
