The window frames are piled up ready to be installed as work was underway on new housing in Barnoldswick in 1966. This was the site of Fern Bank Avenue where a row of bungalows was being constructed. As terraced properties were being pulled down and former mill sites cleared at the ed of the decade, bungalows had become a popular replacement, particulalry among the elderly 583174352-let LTE_14/
