In going through the files, we came across this early pohoto of Blackburn town hall. We don;t have a date but judging by the fashions it was definitely taken vefore the First Wodl War and may be froma roun the turn of the last century. You can see the market with the outdoor stalls in front of the clock tower and the market hall behind. Notice the double-decker tram coming along King William Str
