This photo shows a 'lost' Bolton cinema on Deane Road. Originally the Plaza Cinema, it was renamed the Windsor Cinema in 1937 . Like many cinemas it began to introduce regular bingo sessions and by March 1962 that was the main source of income. Just a month after the hoto was taken the premises, originally the Fern Street Methodist Chapel, were closed and the building subsequently demolished 583
