Description
Heavy horses Harvey and Joe make light work of pulling bags of wheat up to the top floor of Letheringsett water mill on the River Glaven near Holt in May 1993. The mill was run by Mike Thurlow who produced organically-grown flour with machinery driven by waterwheel. Following two serious fires, the mill took on its present form in 1802 and in 1826 was bought by William Hardy of Letheringsett Hall
