The 1974 winning stockmanship team came from Lanarkshire for the second year running. The six strong team were made up of pairs. Top in the following sections were: beef judging - Tom Kirkland and James Boyd; dairy judging - Alex Gray and Gavin Struthers and in the sheep judging was Jim Padkin and Ian Gardiner Ref: 9503
