Napier University student Joe Myerscough age 19 with her prize-winning shift dress made from hundreds of plastic triangles. The deisng is inspired by the bones of mathmatician John Napier who the University is named after and won first prize in a competition run by the University in conjunction with New York s Tartan Week. Myerscough s prize is a week-long tip to NYC where ll she will work along
