Protesters demonstrate outside the Scottish Parliament against the Kinship Care Order in section 10 of the new bill for Children and Young People Scotland which they claim the Scottish Government are trying to reduce financial support for volunerable children in kinship care. Centre is Michelle Kane from Glasgow who was leading the demonstration.
