Ellie Demengeli aged 17 from St Thomas Aquin s High School In Edinburgh checks out different ways to use a langoustine during a visit from Seafood in Schools. Their programme aims to use interactive workshops with young people to highlight the health benefits of seafood and how it gets to their plates. The aim is to reach at least 50,000 young people across Scotland this year.
