Glasgow University student Victoria Steele, 19, who fell through a stairway after it collapsed under her feet at a West End tennement flat in La Crosse Terrace, Glasgow. She is pictured in taking comfort with her dog Millie in Elie, Fife in a holiday home where luckily her parents had rented for a family holiday at the same time as Victoria terrifying ordeal.
