Crabshakk head chef David Scott pictured alongside a large Halibut that has just arrived at the restaurant on Argyle street. The fish weighs 70kgs and is about 50 years old and was line caught off Scrabster. David is 5 11 and weighs 11 stone or 70kgs. The same as the fish! David cut the fish into 4 large fillets, the largest of which weighed 13 kgs. Photograph by Colin Mearns 12 June 201
