Description
In 1990, this flagship development was due to become the regional headquarters for the National Westminster Bank. Ashton House on Waterloo Street, which cost around 2 million to build was almost complete. The office would house the bank - later RBS - until 2016. Plans were put forward for it to become a hotel but it would later become the base for the Olive School 589422764-ben BNE_19/05/2025_2
