Hollywood Actor Brian Cox is measured by Howie Nicholsby of 21st Century Kilts in Edinburgh for his new Developing World Health Charity tweed kilt outfit which he will unveil at Tartan Week 2012 in New York. Developing World Health is a Scottish based charity of which Brian is the Ambassador which aims to eradicate neglected tropical diseases.
