13/09/08.Essex County Council officially open the Community Information Point in Buckhurst Hill, Essex, UK which includes a newly re-opened Post Office which was closed along with others in the 2500 closures made buy PO ltd. Essex County Council has funded a campaign to re-open some of the closed Post Offices. Lord Hanningfield purchased a First Class stamp to send his post card to Prime Minister
