The McVitie's and Carr's biscuit factory in Carlisle, Cumbria fires up the ovens again and prepares to return to full production after the plant was flooded as a result of Winter Storm Desmond. To mark the start of manufacturing at the United Biscuits site the Vice Chairman of parent company Yildiz Holding Ali Ulker made a visit to see the work at the Carlisle site and spoke to staff.
