Description
AHOY THERE: It was the dedicated ceremony for Hemsby s new lifeboat engine in the spring of 1986 when this picture was taken. The money to pay for the £900 engine had been raised by a group of women from Luton - one of whom, Mrs Phyllis Dyball, used to live in Winterton - and it was named The Luton Lady in her honour.
